Q: Do you have single or double rooms?
A: In our hostel we only offer dormatories. However, we can
recommend our single and double rooms in our flatshares.
Q: How large are your dormatories?
A: We offer 3,4,6,8,10 and 12-bedded dorms at Dover Castle Hostel.
Q: Can I pay in advance?
A: Yes you can pay in advance by bank transfer.
Q: Are Group bookings possible?
A: Yes, they are possible. We give a discount if you are more
than 10 people. You will get the price on request.
Q: Do you provide free iron facilities?
A: Yes, we have free iron facilities.
Q: Do you have washing machines?
A: Yes, we are able to offer laundry service.
Q: Can you help the customers with their job search or maps/information
about London?
A: Of course we can.

Q: Do you have female and male dorms?
A: The dorms are mixed sex, however, we can accommodate a
single sex room for a group.
Q: Is it possible to stay for long-term?
A: Yes, we also accept customers who want to stay on a long-term
basis.
Q: Does the price include breakfast?
A: Yes, continental breakfast is included.
Q: Do you provide linen?
A: Yes, linen is provided from us.
Q: What are your modes of payment?
A: We accept several types of credit cards and cash.
Q: Do you accept credit cards?
A: Yes we do. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Solo and Switch
credit cards.
Q: Do you have parties in your hostel?
A: We do sometimes have parties for our guests. You can see
the information on the notice board.
