1. Under no circumstances will any refund be offered on pre-paid weekly bookings. 2. The dates of the booking can be changed only once and if required a second official accommodation letter will be issued with new dates. 3. To change the booking date, the Dover Castle must receive notification of your date change request, and the new dates, at least 1 week (7 days) before the start of your existing booking. 4. Dover Castle Hostel have no responsibility or liability for any incorrect information supplied by quests, nor any failure of receiving facsimily machine. 5. Weekly booking will be allocated a bed in any of the dorms in which will have availability.
